ONDREiAN can be respectfully described as a “an clandestine cell of mutually beneficial parties in pursuit of sublime greatness” and disrespectfully called “a bunch of ambitious idiots who don’t know when to quit”. “Goal oriented tenacity” is the code they live by and those who align themselves with the ONDREiAN ideology are both agents of chaos or frontliners for a new paradigm. By the nature of their organizational structure, ONDREiAN has a LOT of variance, cliques and sub-cliques, all of them cells interlinked. As individuals, they tend to be movers and shakers but not always in the realm of business. Their desires are more personal and so the areas ONDREiAN find themselves in are a lot more varied as a result.

Those who would call themselves ONDREiAN are risk takers first and foremost. They may not always be leaders, but they tend to be trail blazers, always willing to see what works (or in some unfortunate cases what doesn’t).
